Clean energy for Nigeria
Delivering Nigeria’s gas to where it is needed most.
NM Energy Partners is a Special Purpose Vehicle formed by Nodal Energy Solutions Ltd and Markpoint Multilinks Nigeria Ltd to deliver scalable Compressed Natural Gas across Northern Nigeria, supported by wider energy infrastructure, power and sustainable energy capability.

A strategic alliance
Two companies, one platform for clean energy.
NM Energy Partners Nigeria Ltd will harness the country’s abundant natural gas reserves to provide a reliable, sustainable and economically viable source of energy. Our first project focuses on Compressed Natural Gas, targeting Abuja, Kaduna and Kano, and thereafter covering unserved areas across the country.
By leveraging the AKK gas pipeline and the existing compression facility at Ajaokuta, we operate a CNG virtual pipeline system that moves compressed gas to markets the pipeline network does not yet reach.

What we do
Five service lines, one group

CNG Sales · Flagship
Moving gas beyond the grid
Supply, compression, haulage and distribution of Compressed Natural Gas to industry, transport and commerce. Gas is loaded at the Ajaokuta compression facility and trucked to clusters the pipeline network does not reach, starting with Abuja, Kaduna and Kano.

Oil & Gas
Upstream access and project delivery
Energy project development, infrastructure delivery and upstream access, contributed by Nodal Energy Solutions. This is the capability that secures feedstock and builds what the gas moves through.

Logistics
The virtual pipeline in motion
Trailer fleets, decanting stations, storage and route management, led by Markpoint Multilinks. Gas marketing and off-taker engagement sit here too, which is how volumes are matched to demand along the corridor.

Power
Gas as the transition fuel
Embedded generation and power infrastructure for industrial clients, using gas to displace diesel at the point of use. Power is where the gas we deliver turns into uptime for a factory or an industrial park.

Sustainable Energy
Access beyond the gas corridor
Solar and energy-transition capability that extends access into communities the gas corridor does not serve, and lowers the emissions profile of the customers who sit on it.
Where we operate
Phase one, then the wider North.
Abuja, Kaduna and Kano first. Off-takers include industrial parks, fleet operators and state entities.

Investor opportunities
Backed by policy, built for scale.
The alliance combines technical and commercial strengths, accelerates market penetration with minimal duplication, and shares investment risk, while riding policy tailwinds including the Presidential CNG Initiative.
View Investor ResourcesComplementary Strengths
Project development and upstream access from Nodal; logistics, gas marketing and off-taker engagement from Markpoint.
Shared Risk
Investment risk and operational responsibility are shared across two established operating companies.
Demand Already There
High demand for clean transport and industrial gas, against a real deficit of pipeline infrastructure.
Clear Governance
A defined SPV structure with a full board of directors and an executive management team.
