Operations

A virtual pipeline where the real one does not reach.

Compressed gas loaded at Ajaokuta, moved by road to industrial clusters, fleet depots and state off-takers across Northern Nigeria.

The value chain

From wellhead to workshop floor

  1. AKK gas supply

Natural gas drawn from the Ajaokuta, Kaduna and Kano pipeline system.

  2. Compression

Existing compression facility at Ajaokuta fills high-pressure cascades.

  3. Virtual pipeline

Trailers move compressed gas by road to demand clusters.

  4. Daughter stations

Decanting and refuelling points sited near parks and depots.

  5. Off-takers

Industrial parks, fleet operators, state entities and motorists.

Our services

CNG first, four service lines behind it

Compressed natural gas is the flagship. Oil and gas, logistics, power and sustainable energy are the capability the founding companies bring around it.

Flagship

CNG Sales

Supply, compression, haulage and distribution of Compressed Natural Gas to industry, transport and commerce. Gas is loaded at the Ajaokuta compression facility and trucked to clusters the pipeline network does not reach, starting with Abuja, Kaduna and Kano.

02

Oil & Gas

Energy project development, infrastructure delivery and upstream access, contributed by Nodal Energy Solutions. This is the capability that secures feedstock and builds what the gas moves through.

03

Logistics

Trailer fleets, decanting stations, storage and route management, led by Markpoint Multilinks. Gas marketing and off-taker engagement sit here too, which is how volumes are matched to demand along the corridor.

04

Power

Embedded generation and power infrastructure for industrial clients, using gas to displace diesel at the point of use. Power is where the gas we deliver turns into uptime for a factory or an industrial park.

05

Sustainable Energy

Solar and energy-transition capability that extends access into communities the gas corridor does not serve, and lowers the emissions profile of the customers who sit on it.

Rollout roadmap

How the network grows

  1. Phase One

    Abuja · Kaduna · Kano

First virtual pipeline routes, anchor off-take agreements and initial daughter stations along the AKK corridor.

  2. Phase Two

    Northern clusters

Jos, Bauchi, Katsina, Jigawa, Gombe, Nasarawa, Niger, Kogi, Kwara and Benue as demand and infrastructure allow.

  3. Phase Three

    Unserved areas and beyond

Extension into remaining unserved areas within Nigeria, and possibly beyond its borders.

Health, safety and environment

Pressure, on public roads, done properly

Moving compressed gas by road through populated corridors makes HSE a condition of operating, not a policy document.

  • 01

    High-pressure gas handling

Cascade filling, decanting and station operations run to documented procedures, with cylinders and trailers on a fixed inspection and recertification cycle.

  • 02

    Road and journey management

Route risk assessment, defensive driving certification, tracked vehicles and enforced rest cycles on every run along the corridor.

  • 03

    Environment and emissions

Gas displaces diesel at the point of use. Venting is minimised, leaks are surveyed, and the emissions saved for each off-taker are measured rather than assumed.

  • 04

    People and communities

Site inductions, emergency response drills with local responders, and engagement with the communities the corridor runs through before work starts.
