NM Energy Partners Ltd is formed by Nodal Energy Solutions Ltd and Markpoint Multilinks Nigeria Ltd to deliver scalable, clean energy solutions across Nigeria.

NM Energy Partners Nigeria Ltd will harness the country’s abundant natural gas reserves to provide a reliable, sustainable and economically viable source of energy. Our first project focuses on Compressed Natural Gas, targeting Abuja, Kaduna and Kano, and thereafter covering unserved areas within the country and possibly beyond.
By leveraging the AKK gas pipeline and the existing compression facility at Ajaokuta, we operate a CNG virtual pipeline system to transport compressed gas to our target markets.

Mission
We deliver Compressed Natural Gas across Northern Nigeria through a virtual pipeline, and build the oil and gas, logistics, power and sustainable energy capability behind it, on the combined strength of our two founding companies.

Nodal Energy Solutions Ltd builds energy projects, infrastructure and upstream access. Markpoint Multilinks Nigeria Ltd runs logistics, gas marketing and off-taker engagement. Two different strengths, aimed at the same gap.
The alliance
Rather than compete or duplicate, the two companies formed a Special Purpose Vehicle: one balance sheet, shared risk, and a single route to market for Nigerian gas.
